How old do I have to be to make a purchase?
You must be 21 years old or older and provide a valid ID.
Can someone from a state other than Colorado make a purchase?
Yes. As long as the person is 21+ years old and has a valid ID.
What forms of ID are accepted?
1. U.S. Government issued valid Drivers License
2. U.S. Government issued valid ID card.
3. A Valid United States military ID
4. A Passport**
**For any non US citizens we must have a Passport, foreign ID’s or Driver’s Licenses are not accepted.
Do I need a medical card to make a purchase?
No. All you need is a valid ID to prove that you are at least 21 years old.
How much can I buy?
All adults with valid ID are permitted to buy 28 grams or 1 ounce.
What is the difference between Medical and Recreational Marijuana?
There is no difference. The plants are grown the same way and nothing about the growing process is different.
Can I bring what I purchase back home with me?
It is illegal to take marijuana or marijuana product out of the state of Colorado.
Can I bring product on a plane?
NO. It is illegal for any product to leave the state of Colorado.
Can I consume while driving?
NO. It is illegal to consume or be under the influence of marijuana while operating a motor vehicle.
What is the difference between grams and eighths?
The difference is quantity. Grams and eights refers to the amount measured in weight that you are purchasing. There are 3.5 grams in 1 eighth, and 2 eighths in 1 quarter. All of our product is pre-packaged into grams and eighths, thus those are the increments in which you can purchase.
How many edibles should I eat at one time?
Edibles often take more time to affect a person and often a lot less quantity is needed in order to feel an effect. 10mg is one serving size, and only one serving should be consumed at one time. You should wait at least 1-2hours before consuming another serving. Click here for more info. on edibles.
