Job: Full Time Sales Associate

Job Description

Alpenglow is looking for motivated retail marijuana sales associate for our Breckenridge store location.  The successful candidate will be able to elevate company standards, achieve sales goals and meet clients expectations.  This is a full-time position starting at $14/hour with the potential for increased hourly pay in the first 6 months.

Requirements

•Must be at least 21+ years old.
•Must have or be willing/able to obtain a support MED badge.
•Reliable transportation
•General Math Skills
•Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
•Proficiency in English
•Solid communication and interpersonal skills
•Customer service focus

Responsibilities

•Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
•Implement state and local regulations while making sales
•Checking customer IDs and verifying age.
•Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on products
•Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
•Actively seek out customers in store
•Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
•Cross sell products
•Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
